The unit will need to reset. Please see reset instructions below:

  • Turn on your laptop
  • Hold "SHIFT" on your keyboard
  • Move your cursor over the Windows icon "Start" menu on the bottom left while continuing to hold down the "SHIFT" key and select "Restart"
  • When you get to the "Choose an option" menu
  • Ckick on "Troubleshoot" and click on "Reset this PC"
  • Click on "Remove everything"

A fix for this is in place and will be addressed via Windows updates in the next few weeks. You will see an improvement when browsing the internet.
